Returns Policy
You may exchange ONLY, wrong size items of new, un-worn items within 15 days of delivery for exchange.
You will need authorization to return any item by sending us an email to discuss your concern.
Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will pay for exchange shipping.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will need a "Return Goods Authorization Number" Issued by us on your individual request. We want to make you happy and will do our best to do so. Please do not send any items to us without the return goods authorization.
Shipping
When you place an order, There is a base $10.00 shipping and delivery fee for most light weight tops. Jackets and larger item shipping cost will be identified on the product page.
Order processing and ship out dates for you are generally 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified of a future ship date if item is on backorder. The worlds supply chain is in turmoil now so please be patient of situations beyond our control. Weather and shipper delivery delays are beyond our control so patience is required if there is an situation beyond our control.
At this time, September 2022, we are not processing orders out of the United States. If you are looking for more than 1 item for International shipping that will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your needs and we will do everything we can do to help you purchase our products.
